Several new features have been added to the new version of vBulletin.
Contacts an Friends, Social Groups, and Pictures and Albums
You can access them via your control panel or through the QuickLinks drop down on the menu bar.
Additional information has been added to the FAQ.
The photo gallery may be useful for storing pictures that you would like to display in messages. I haven't tried it yet so it may or may not work that way.
Give them a try if you find them useful.
I don't expect a fee increase for these new features. ;)
