We need a podcast

We should get people together once a week on Skype or something and make a podcast. I am listing to Linux Link Tech Show, and that is 2 hours of guys rambling, but they get some interesting guests. So if anything we can use it as an way to meet people we would not normally be able to.

It would be fun, but probably not very practical. We are fairly widespread, so there are wide variations in time. Which timezone is it to be in??

This may sound trivial, but I have family in Japan (GMT+9) and I live in GMT or GMT+1, depending on the time of year. It is fairly problematic to find a time when both/all of us are at leisure and awake.

Australasia (approx GMT+12) is actually easier to manage!!

And think what it would do to our preconceived notions of each other. ;-)
