Red Hat Takeover!

Citicorp and others may target Red Hat due to their success.

That gives me a bad feeling. Whenever I find a small independent bank that provides good service, they tend to get taken over by a large national bank. Then all bets are off.

Never heard of this guy, but I doubt he is anywhere near the truth. Their have been Oracle/RedHat rumors for years, and by doing so Oracle would tarnish their vendor neutral standing.

Yes, they are doing very well in a down economy. So, there will be interest in a takeover. Let's just hope that it doesn't happen, or if it happens it is someone who is likely to keep the current culture in place (Intel or HP would be good candidates). Oracle would be devastating, and one has to wonder how many employees will leave Red Hat under Oracle.
