But it does not bring matters any step forward (yet). To do that, it would be nice if the (software) assets of Libranet could be opensourced. Besides that I see more future in this forum. Jeff has been maintaining it consistently over the months. And (AFAIK) server costs are no issue at this moment. Besides that this forum gives room to grow as people move to other distributions.

More than that, I would like a dump of all the wonderful community contributions to Libranet via the forums. Really, this knowledge was freely shared and it would be a shame to let it go to waste. Obviously, I know some of this is being worked on, I just wanted to reinforce it.

I am pretty sure that Tal won't just throw it in the waste bucket. No need to worry there.
