After riding my Cycle Genius Falcon LTX recumbent for nine months, I have been longing for a smaller quicker bicycle.
I visited a local bicycle shop today and purchased a Giant OCR2. The first one I picked out turned out to be a ladies version. The only way anyone could tell was the small W after the name. It had a short frame that I like. I like the slash and burn riding style.
Anyway, the sales clerk convinced me that I wanted the "Mans" version that didn't have the W after the name. Coincidentally, it was about $100 more than the W version. (All that extra metal for the extra length, I guess.)
I'll still ride the Falcon since it is so much more comfortable. But I love the speed and quickness that a small road bike delivers.
