Just discovered Yep at www.yepthat.com. I've spent a fortune using and upgrading Paperport which is a paperless office/scanning document filing system. Works well but has too many features and is overpriced. Yep is perfect. Automates my record keeping. Reasonably priced too and virtually removes any reliance that I had on Windoze. Good result

I once used Paperport. It came packaged with a scanner that I purchased years ago. It was a nice system. When the computer crashed, I was unable to re-authorize the license and let it all go.
