Lion Sound Problem

Ever since I installed Lion the boot up process frequently does not recognise the sound driver until I boot a second boot. Has anyone else encountered that problem?

What Mac? Internal or external soundcard?

I have never experienced that problem, but only used Core 2 Duo and Core i5 Macs. Did you call Apple(Care)?
