VNC Server Suggestions

I would like to access not only my Linux partition, but also Win2k, as well as XP. I know there are many choices, but which has worked the best for you.

UltraVNC (http://www.ultravnc.com/) has lot of nice features, like file transfer, chat, and NAT to NAT, but it is MS specific, but any VNC viewer will work with it, but the extra features will not.
