I am in reality Sergio1704.
Here is what happened: I tried to change my email address. But I could never confirm the change because I never got an email which would allow me to do that. So I was left out.
Fortunately the old address is still functional, so I could create this new identity.
Help please! I don't want to be "provisional" forever, and the old address costs me money.
