All Ubuntu sites down: 7/23/06

All of the Ubuntu web sites have been down all morning, including the forums and repositories. I guess no one is immune to server problems, or could it be a hacker attack?

They are back up again so I guess Shuttleworth got a loan for his operating expenses.

PS. I heard it was caused by a power failure.
