It has dropped down significantly since the domain change. I don't believe anyone has tried to register since the move.

I have debianquestions.com redirected here. It may be that people are uncomfortable with the automatic redirect. It is early but I too have wondered if I should move back to debianquestions.com. Daniel and I thought that Linux Agora would have a less narrow focus.

It is early, and I haven't done anything to promote the board. I wanted to make sure the new software was functioning properly.

Maybe I'll send out some emails in a week or so.

Two things:

- The problems may be DNS-related. Trying via multiple ISPs I get DNS timeouts when accessing www.linuxagora.com or www.debianquestions.com, the only way I can access the forum is through http://linuxagora.com/vbforum/ .
- The DebianQuestions forum was relatively quiet too. Give it some time. People will recommend the forum to others, and things will build up. Just give it a bit of patience. Of course, if we decide that we want to publish (high-quality) articles, that will attract a lot of users, especially when they are linked from OSNews or other sites.

I removed the redirect on debianquestions.com and just change the closed notation stating that we had moved to this address and asked visitors to come here.

Maybe that will help. The redirects always worked very well for me but I'm within a couple hundred miles of the server farm in Dallas.
