I finally managed to login. Iv'e been having lots of trouble logging into a couple of sites that i haven't visited for a real long time. Hope i can get back here more often and contribute to the communuty and such.

And the site seems to have a new name too ... very nice.

Strange thing though , at the top of the page were it says when a person last visited ... for me it is saying ...

12-31-1969 Welcome back to the land of Kotter and IBM System 32s with 32 character punch cards and COBOL and pre-Y2K. Maybe we should report this forum as a time machine to Art Bell! :smiley5:

Glad you are back, the Impex migration software isn't real good with some of the data it imported into the new vBulletin software.

:D :D

I'm just glad my login problems seem to be on the mend :)

But ...

Has anyone had any problems with debianplanet lately. I get this radical error message concerning a 'watchdog' file that can't be opened, and a MySQL access error. The path appears to be at thier end though. Strangely, when i go for the 'send a new password' recovery option ... bang goes the error response, but in a few seconds, a minute or so, there's the new password via email in my inbox. Trying the new password ... bang goes the error (grin) very wierd indeed.

cheers

jm
