Saving xvidtune changes

How do you make adjustments with xvidtune permanent?
(I have a Geforce card and the nv driver)
You put the line generated by xvidtune in the X config file
--but where exactly?

When you click the show button xvidtune outputs a modeline that you then copy into your /etc/X11/xorg.conf or /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 file in the monitor section. Obviously if you have more then 1 monitor section, you want to put it in the one that you are actually using.
