Announcing Oracle Unbreakable Linux

Oracle Unbreakable Linux is a support program that provides enterprises with industry-leading global support for Linux. Recognizing the demand for true enterprise-quality Linux support and seeing an opportunity to significantly reduce IT infrastructure costs, Oracle is now offering Linux operating system support.

Comprehensive support available for $99 per year?

$99 just provides updates. Though, that is a lot cheaper than Red Hat for using it on non-critical systems where no support is required. Besides that Unbreakable Linux seems to be based on CentOS (looking at the package names).

I don't have any doubt that Oracle's new distro is derived from CentOS.

At least I make donations to CentOS, how much of the $99 do you think they put back into development?

Probably zero. I prefer donating to CentOS too.
