Upgrade to vBulletin 3.6.4

I just completed a critical upgrade to vBulletin 3.6.3. The update fixed a security vulnerability caused by a flaw in Internet Explorer that would allow a user to take over the forum when it encountered a malformed image file. The upgrade also addressed over 50 bugs in the earlier version.

The vBulletin developers have been busy. I just completed another mandatory security upgrade to vBulletin 3.6.4
