Thanks for the link Bob. I haven't looked at Gumstix for a couple of years. They are quite interesting. I have a closet full of pic micro development hardware in the closet. When I feel creative, I pull it down and start bread boarding. I enjoy playing with robotics and Micro's assembly language. I had once thought to have a pic at each joint and a pic micro to decode each thought and function. Sort of a distributed intelligence sort of thing. I'm a little ADHD and moved on to something else. :)
