The message is actually a spam message poorly camouflaged as a question. Just google for "Need info about XRumer autosubmitter " and you'll get hundreds of hits, all from various forums.

The poster and the email address are now blocked. We are getting 10 to 20 of these types of posts per day now. :(

The bots have an edge on us right now, but not many get past me. It just takes a little extra manual moderation. Hopefully the next upgrade will get it back under control.
