2nd Update to Debian Sarge 3.1(r2)

A couple weeks late.
But if you kept up with the (almost) biweekly security updates then there won't be many changes if you upgrade.

Update for stable ~110 packages. Mostly security bugs.
A few are severe non-security bugs.
Not bad, considering that Debian has about 14,000 packages.

Hint- you might want to look at the "proposed updates" to see if your progs are listed.

thanks Bob, that is very good advise. I hope everyone is staying up to date. That is one of the very nice things about Debian. Security and stability are two of their primary concerns.

I typically use Synaptic to update via the security servers on a weekly basis.

It is also a good idea to subscribe to Debian's weekly email newsletter.
