T1 Point-to-Point

I have a temp job that asked me to configure a T1 Point-to-Point network between to offices. The line is in place and was tested, but how do I use it?
I believe that a point-to-point only has 1 IP address on each end. The phone company only installs and tests the line, it's up to me to figure out how to use it.

I heard back from some networking guys, and they said I do need a T1 router at each end. Why the hell the phone company could not tell me that is beyond me.
