I have been looking for an "IBM" quality keyboard for some time. I just found something that looks interesting while reading the HP calculator news group.

www.pckeyboard.com sells keyboards like the original IBM in several styles including some that have the Trackpoint "eraser head" mouse for the original IBM and Toshiba laptops.

They have custom versions with a Linux friendly layout. The web link is here: http://pckeyboards.stores.yahoo.net/linux101.html

I'm going to order one with the Style 2 layout.

I have been using a Happy Hacking keyboard for about two years, and I am pretty happy with it:

I often carry it with me, to be able to use a comfortable keyboard when I work on my notebook. And the keys are in the right place for vi and EMACS :).
