If you are using a IEEE1394 device and it is now working, ****DO NOT**** upgrade the Linux Image to 2.6.22 in Testing. It is compiled with IEEE1394 support disabled.
It took a bit to figure why Kino suddenly quit working..
Image 2.6.18-5 is OK.

Interesting discussion about here, http://www.omgili.com/newsgroups/linux/debian/kernel/9zg9C-Xb-1gated-atbofhit.html
Summery: Debian is using the new juju IEEE1394 driver, but applications need to be tweaked to use this new driver.
You should file a bug for the application to be recompiled with the juju driver.

Seems to be quite a commotion about the change.
